Palgeumsan Sushi

Palgeumsan Sushi is a neighborhood raw fish restaurant in Yeongdo-gu, Busan, serving hoe sushi and course meals. The table centers on thick slices of hoe, with sushi, fried dishes, and side dishes, plus maeuntang. Groups dining together and families make up much of the clientele, and people who do not eat hoe can order other dishes. The setup is closer to a neighborhood raw fish restaurant than to a formal Japanese restaurant.
