Kkul Dwaeji Sikdang

Kkuldwaeji Sikdang is a pork restaurant in Namhang-dong, Yeongdo, Busan, serving Jeju ogyeopsal and pork collar. The ogyeopsal is thickly pre-grilled and cut into bite-sized pieces, eaten with side dishes, bean sprouts, bracken, and kimchi cooked together on a cast-iron plate. Bibim noodles and a kimchi stew jeongol come as service, and the galbi is served fully cooked with mozzarella cheese. The pre-grilled meat must be grilled further by the diner.
