Ilsan Gamjatang

Ilsan Gamjatang is a local restaurant in Busan serving gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew), ppyeo haejangguk, and samgyeopsal (pork belly). The gamjatang contains ugeoji and gamja ppyeo, with banga added, and comes with about five or six side dishes. The ppyeo haejangguk has a mild broth and is served with rice and side dishes. In the evening, the dining room is noisy with customers eating rice and drinking alcohol.
