Hongbok Jakeun Myeon Gage is a Chinese restaurant in Yeongdo Namhang Market in Busan that serves uni jjajang and jjamppong in small bowls. The uni jjajang comes with plenty of meat and noodles, while the Hongbok myeon is a thick stir-fried jjamppong-style noodle dish with little oil. The jjajangmyeon is served in small bowls in the traditional Busan style, in portions suited to eating alongside other dishes. The noodles can become soggy or the taste can change.
