Haemul Son Kalguksu

Haemul Son Kalguksu is a long-running local noodle restaurant in Yeongdo, Busan, serving seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and gimbap. Its broth, made with vegetables and seafood, has a savory, refreshing taste, while the gimbap is made with individually stir-fried ingredients and generously brushed with sesame oil. The kitchen is fully open, the basic seafood kalguksu broth is spicy, and orders must be paid for in cash. There is no parking facility, so parking is difficult if you arrive by car.
