Haedong Daegu Poll Jjim

Haedong Daegu Ppol Jjim is a house-converted restaurant in an alley in Yeongdo, Busan, serving cod and monkfish dishes. Its signature daegu ppol jjim has chewy flesh without a fishy smell and a sauce that is not spicy, while the jiri-tang (clear fish soup) is refreshing. By 6 p.m. there were no seats left, and kimchi-jeon and side dishes come with the meal. Daegu ppol gui is available for takeout.
