Dolsan Gatkimchi Kalguksu is a neighborhood noodle shop in Busan that serves seafood kalguksu, pat kalguksu, and gatmul kimchi naengguksu. It uses thin, chewy chi-ja noodles and a cool seafood broth, and the pat kalguksu comes with soft noodles.
