Diver Hoetjip in Busan serves hoe and hoedeopbap. The hoedeopbap comes without vinegar mixed in, so you add it yourself, and it holds a generous amount of hoe. A whole flounder ssukguk, rockfish maeuntang, and a spread of banchan are also served. The hoedeopbap sits at a higher price point.
