Daewoo Hoe Center

Daewoo Hoe Center is an old restaurant in Yeongdo, Busan, serving gajami mulhoe and mulmegi-tang. The raw fish is mixed first with cabbage and napa cabbage in seasoning, then broth is poured over it, and it is eaten with ssam or soybean powder. On a first visit, the owner adjusts the seasoning, and reservations are recommended at lunchtime. The building is old.
