Cactus Restaurant

Seoninjang Sikdang is on the ridge of the Sanbokdoro in Cheonghak-dong, Yeongdo, Busan, and serves cheese and curry hambak steak. The handmade patties are pressed flat and cooked until well done, then topped with curry and cheese, and rice and salad can be refilled. There is a large parking lot and a bus stop nearby, and customers take a number at the counter before ordering at a kiosk. The patties are flat and cooked through rather than juicy, so they come out dry.
