Brown Rice Seafood Heaven

Hyeonmi Haemul Cheonguk is a restaurant in Yeongdo, Busan, serving seafood dishes such as monkfish jjim and haemul tang. The monkfish jjim is made with bangha ip in the Gyeongsang Province style and contains enough monkfish that the small size feeds two to three people. On busy days, waits and food preparation run long, and family groups make up much of the crowd. When it is crowded, service can be uneven.
