Bokseong Mandu Naengmyeon

Bokseong Mandu Naengmyeon is an old dumpling restaurant set among the factories of Yeongdo in Busan. It serves gunmandu, jjinmandu, mandu guk, and mandu baekban, with the gunmandu arriving crisp on the outside and juicy inside, and the wrappers thick throughout. The dining room holds three small four-person tables plus a table in an inner room, and customers crowd in at lunchtime. Card payment is not accepted.
