Nubelleu

Nouvelle is a small cafe in Huinnyeoul Culture Village in Busan that serves Korean home-style food. The menu includes vegetarian dishes alongside meat dishes, as well as mandu and pancakes. The owner cooks every dish alone, so each order comes out as it is made. Because one person runs the kitchen, food arrives slowly.
