Waryonggak is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its menbosha is crisp outside and moist inside, and it sells out if you arrive a little late. The samseon jjajang comes with the jjajang sauce on the side, like ganjjajang, and the dumplings are made by hand. Between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. there are no seats, so you have to wait in line.
