Paenpaen

PANFAN is a Korean restaurant in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office area of Seoul that serves made-to-order tteokbokki with mojaban and dolgim. Its main dishes are mojaban tteokbokki and Wando dolgim dak tteokbokki, and the chicken thigh meat, rice cakes and fish cakes come out together in a large pan. At the self-service bar, diners can take ramyeon, jjolmyeon and dangmyeon add-ins, ingredients for jumeokbap and bokkeumbap, and fried toppings, and the bokkeumbap is made by the diner. The dolgim and mojaban add a deep, savory flavor to the broth.
