Juoma roasted mutton leg

Jwoma Yangdari Gui is a lamb barbecue restaurant in Daelim-dong, Seoul, that grills whole lamb legs and lamb skewers. Guests turn the whole leg on the grill themselves until the skin is crisp and the meat is tender. The brazier and grill plate are hot, so the meat has to be turned continuously, and the dining room tends to be warm as well. Staff are awkward at responding in Korean.
