J Restaurant

Jey Restaurant is an omakase restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, serving aged hoe sushi. Its sushi uses neta aged in salt, soy sauce and other methods, topped with various garnishes and served without sauce. The dinner omakase is led by the chef, who explains the ingredients and sushi, and an encore sushi is served on request. Compared with other sushi restaurants, the difference in taste for the price is not large.
