Huirak Donkatsu

Huirak Donkkaseu is a donkkaseu restaurant in Yeongdeungpo-dong, Seoul, directly in front of Yeongdeungpo Market Station Exit 3. It serves old-style handmade king donkkaseu and jjolmyeon, with the meat pounded thin and wide like a sheet of A4 paper, fried, and served with a fried egg, while the spicy donkkaseu comes with sauce on the side. On weekday lunchtimes, office workers line up, and leftover donkkaseu can be packed for takeout by yourself. The donkkaseu is thin and holds a lot of oil, so the meat flavor is weak.
