Donkkobul

Donkkobul is a meat restaurant at the entrance of Mullae Changjakchon in Seoul that serves grilled pork tail and specialty pork cuts. The yangnyeom tail, garlic-seasoned tail, pork jowl, pork collar, and ppolsal come as a mixed grill cooked over charcoal. The pork tail has skin attached to the meat, so it is grilled until crisp, and staff explain how to grill it but do not grill it for you. Small bones remain in the tail and some specialty cuts, which get in the way while eating.
