Deokwon Sikdang is an old gomtang restaurant in the tool alley of Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, serving kkori gomtang, jungtomak, and bangchitang. The clear, deep beef broth is seasoned at the table, and the meat attached to large bones is pulled off by hand. Bangchitang is sold in a fixed number of bowls per day, and ordering it brings broth for each person along with one bowl of rice. It costs more than regular gomtang.
