Sansu Mullae Bonjeom is an izakaya in Mullae, Seoul, serving aged hoe (raw fish) and Japanese-style side dishes. Its mackerel-bongcho sushi pairs smoked mackerel, seared only on the outside, with white rice and gamtae, while the Shin Ramyun risotto is reduced in a rich cream sauce. The menu includes a daily selection of five to seven kinds of aged assorted hoe (raw fish platter) and mackerel aged after being cleaned and pickled in vinegar that day. Reservations, takeout, and group bookings are available, and pets are allowed.
