PLATZ

Platz is a wine bar in a converted Japanese-style house in Old Mullae, Seoul, serving wine and beer. Truffle pasta and truffle risotto are the signature dishes, and sangria and wine by the glass are also available. The small space is divided into several sections, and the rooftop can be used by only one group at a time, so a reservation is required in advance. One person runs the kitchen, so food comes out slowly when the bar is busy, and portions are small.
