Marcel

Marcel is a bar in the basement of the Marriott between Yeouido and Gongdeok in Seoul, serving cocktails, whisky and wine. The menu lists only two signature cocktails, and the manager makes a drink to match the taste you describe. The space is not large and has music and lighting, and it centers on anju, so it suits a second stop rather than a meal. The selection of wine and whisky is not extensive.
