Daeda

Dada is a bar in Seoul that serves alcohol with anju such as gonidalk maeuntang. The gonidalk maeuntang contains goni and is a broth anju eaten by scooping out the solid ingredients. The broth is heavy on pepper and salt, so water is sometimes added to it. The gonidalk maeuntang comes in a small portion.
