Jang's Noodle

Janggane Kalguksu sits inside Yangyang Market in Yangyang. Its representative dishes are jjaebokjang kalguksu and ojingeo sundae, served with baechu kimchi and geotjeori. The noodles are made from dough kneaded in-house, giving them a chewy texture, and the broth with clams and squid is clean rather than salty. In winter, sagol sonmandu-guk and kimchi gogi mandu are also available.
