Naksan Beach

Naksan Beach in Yangyang spreads a long, wide stretch of white sand south of Naksansa Temple. The broad sand, the blue East Sea, and large waves make it a place for surfing and walking. The public parking lot is free, and restrooms, paid showers, and an outdoor changing area are available. In summer visitors crowd the beach, the waves are large, and the slope of the shore is steep.
