Yangsuga Deun

Yangsu Gadeun is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Yangsu-ri, Yangpyeong. It grills pork galbi and eel over charcoal, and serves minari and dallae doenjang jjigae alongside. The pork galbi is grilled outside first, then moved to the charcoal grill at the table so it can be eaten right away. A staff member once left the table while grilling, and the meat nearly burned.
