Yangsu-ri Trout Hoejip

Yangsuri Songeo Hoetjip is a trout hoe restaurant near Dumulmeori in Yangpyeong. The trout hoe is mixed with vegetables, gochujang, and konggaru and eaten with rice. A riverside walking path runs directly in front of the restaurant, and the river is visible from the outdoor seats. The strong sourness of the chojang masks the flavor of the trout.
