Uri Bunsik Myeolchi Guksu

Uribunsik Myeolchi Guksu is a noodle shop in Sinwol-dong, Seoul, serving myeolchi guksu, bibim guksu, and bibimbap. The myeolchi guksu, its signature dish, comes with a strong anchovy broth, well-cooked noodles, sliced kimchi, zucchini, egg garnish, and gimgaru. The anchovy broth is boiled down strong and the noodles are cooked well, and the myeolchi guksu can be ordered as a double portion. The kimchi is domestically made but has the feel of factory-produced mat kimchi.
