Suyug-Won

Suyukwon is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves modum suyuk and yuksashimi. The suyuk comes as a jeongol with broth that is spooned out and drunk. After the meat, somyeon noodles can be added, buchu and mushrooms are refilled, and corkage is free. The space is small, so when it fills up it gets loud enough to hear the next table's conversation.
