Sinjeong Jokbal

Sinjeong Jokbal is a jokbal restaurant behind the rear entrance of Mokdong 2-cha Wooseong Apartment in Sinjeong 7-dong, Seoul. It serves only soft jokbal prepared just before serving, with makguksu noodles. After moving to the neighbouring building, the restaurant switched to delivery and in-person pickup. The jokbal is slightly dry.
