Shinya Tenya

Shinya Tenya is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves tendon and donkatsu rice bowls. The frying is done to order, and rice and sauce are refilled on request. One person handles both cooking and delivery orders, so food takes about 30 minutes to come out. The tables and wooden trays are sticky, which leaves the hygiene lacking.
