Omokgyo Chamnamu Dak Jangjak Gui

Omokgyo Chamnamu Dak Jangjak Gui is a restaurant in Seoul that roasts whole chicken over oak firewood. Each chicken comes with glutinous rice stuffed inside and scorched rice pressed on a griddle, served alongside yeolmu kimchi and draft beer. The shop has been open for about 20 years and also takes takeout orders. The chickens are small, so one chicken per person is the rule.
