Minchai is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Seoul serving ganjajang, jjampong, and tangsuyuk. The ganjajang has a savory taste that lingers after its sweetness and saltiness. Jjampong and tangsuyuk can also be ordered. The interior is worn and plainly decorated.
