Mibundang is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seoul that serves pho with brisket, chuck, and tendon. The Hanoi-style bowls use clear, rich beef broth with boiled brisket and beef leg bone, and noodles and bean sprouts can be refilled. Order at the kiosk outside the entrance first, then eat in or take out, and the noodles usually arrive 5 to 10 minutes after ordering. All seats are at counter-style bar tables, so it is hard for several people to sit facing each other.
