Manghyang Bibim Guksu

Manghyang Bibim Guksu is a noodle restaurant in Seoul that serves bibim guksu, janchi guksu, and mandu. The bibim guksu comes with a thin broth and a generous amount of sweet-and-spicy sauce, and the medium-thick noodles are suited to dipping the mandu. Hot broth is self-serve, and cotton candy is also taken by customers themselves. The flavors are familiar rather than new.
