Lee Yongseong Guksu

I Yongseong Guksu is a noodle shop near Deungchon Station in Seoul that serves myeolchi guksu, jjajangmyeon, haemul jjamppong, and kongguksu. The noodles are made in-house from fresh dough, giving them a chewy texture, and the haemul jjamppong has a spicy broth simmered with seafood and vegetables. The tangsuyuk is fried to order and comes out crisp, and dishes are cooked after payment while customers sit and wait. Because the noodles are fresh, the broth does not soak deeply into them.
