Jeonju Restaurant

Jeonju Sikdang is a restaurant in Sinwol-dong, Seoul, serving baekban and jjigae set meals. The donkatsu baekban is available only on Fridays and comes with four side dishes, miyeokguk, and handmade donkatsu, with additional ingredients mixed into the sauce. The current owner has run the restaurant since 2018 and handles both the kitchen and the front of house alone, and the jjigae set menu changes daily. The space is small, so tables stay full past 1 p.m. and meals take time to arrive.
