Hwagok-dong Donkatsu

Hwagokdong Donkkaseu is an old donkkaseu restaurant in Sinwol-dong, Seoul, serving old-style Western donkkaseu and saengseonkkaseu. The special deungshim donkkaseu comes with meat in a thin, crisp batter and a thick, sweet-savory brown sauce made in-house. It opens only for lunch, and the basic vegetables and pickles can be refilled at the self-service bar. The hours are short and it closes every Tuesday.
