Haechon Syabu Kalguksu Mokdong Jikyeongjeom is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Mokdong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. It serves clear beef shabu-shabu and mushroom maeuntang, with kalguksu and tteokgalbi on the side, finished with bokkeumbap. The lunch special starts with shabu-shabu containing mushrooms and minari, then continues to kalguksu and bokkeumbap, and sari is refilled once for free. The kalguksu noodles are thick and hold up well even after a long boil.
