Eochongyejang

Eochon Gyejang is a hoe restaurant in Sinwol-dong that serves raw fish and hairtail jorim, a 10-minute walk from Hwagok Station. Yellowtail and domi hoe are the main dishes, served with side dishes, sweet potato fries, and sushi. Order domi and it is cut as Matsukawa and served on jade stone, with seaweed soup and fried food on the side. The dining room is very loud, which often makes conversation difficult.
