Bong Sushi

Bong Sushi is a neighborhood sushi restaurant in Sinjeong-dong, Seoul, that serves sushi together with altang. It offers mixed sushi and salmon rolls, with altang and Nagasaki udon on the side. A break time runs from 3 p.m., and nurungji is layered beneath the udon. The sushi includes ingredients that were frozen and then thawed, so the texture is soft and a fishy taste comes through at times.
