Imsecheulling 39 is a small brunch cafe in a back alley of Seoul. It serves pasta, salad, pizza, and lasagna with coffee, and the food and plating are good. It is open from 10 AM to 3 PM and has only three tables. The tables are close together, so conversation from the next table is easy to hear.
