Youus Bake Shop

Your's Bake Shop is a bakery in Mokdong that sells egg tarts, fermented bread, and baked goods. The signature Bellem egg tart has a crisp pastry shell and a soft, rich custard filling. The shop uses French organic wheat flour and sea salt, and ages its dough for more than 18 hours. Egg tarts and bread are made and discarded the same day, and the 200 egg tarts produced daily are nearly sold out before 4 p.m.
