Sinjungang Sikdang is a baekban restaurant in Jungang-dong, Jeonju. Ordering baekban brings out yellow corvina, kimchi stew, and a fried egg, cooked to order. The restaurant closes once all the prepared portions of rice are gone, so an early visit is necessary. Arriving late can mean no meal.
