Saekjang Rice Mill

Saekjangjeongmiso is a cafe in Jeonju converted from a rice mill that operated for about 100 years. It serves coffee, iced omija, and ssanghwa-cha brewed in-house, and the grilled garaetteok comes with a choice of jocheong or honey, with syrup added free of charge. Up narrow stairs, the second-floor attic and side rooms hold artworks, antiques, and folk objects, while tea is drunk on the first floor. The chairs are uncomfortable.
