Ulsan Mugando

Ulsan Mugando is a Hanwoo omakase restaurant in Samsan-dong, Ulsan. Staff grill aged female Hanwoo beef, water-aged and then dry-aged with nuruk, cut by cut at the table. The meal opens with flower tea and sagol gomtang, followed in order by sachi sal, anchang sal, neukgan sal, and aldeungsim. It closes with Hanwoo jjapaguri, gochu garlic rice, and naengmyeon.
