Gijang Jangeo Gui

Gijang Jangeo Gui is a gomjangeo restaurant across from Sinjang Market in Sinjeong-dong, Ulsan. The gomjangeo is not frozen, grilled first over charcoal, and served both salted and marinated. Side dishes come out like home-cooked meals, and the charcoal-grilled eel is reheated at the table. The jangeotang contains pieces of eel, so it is not a dish of clear broth alone.
