Yosiya is a Japanese restaurant near Togetsukyo Bridge in Arashiyama that serves yuba cheese grill and udon. Its representative dishes are yuba cheese, in which cheese is placed inside yuba and fried, tamago udon, and matcha noodle udon. Customers buy a meal ticket from a vending machine, collect their food when their number is called, and return their water and dishes themselves. The seating area is small, so the dining space is uncomfortable.
