Tsure-zure

Tsure-zure is a Japanese restaurant in Arashiyama, Kyoto, serving soba and shaved ice between Chikurin and Kioji Temple. It offers nishin soba and buckwheat noodles, and in summer green tea shaved ice provides relief from the heat. Guests stop by on the way from Chikurin to Kioji Temple or on the way back from Adashino Nenbutsuji Temple. The restaurant is run by elderly women who greet customers.
